I’d give 0 stars if I could. This is by far the worst location ever. They don’t want to see you or speak to you. From the moment you walk in, you’re assaulted with a sign that says sit down we’ll be with you shortly. No one greets you or is personal, they just expect you to walk in and sit down. They force you to try and “make an appointment” with a QR code and it’s pointless. I once sat down waiting for a 9 am appointment and wasn’t seen til almost 11.
