horrible customer service - stay away from this bank – My family and I have banked with US Bank for over 20 years. Until recently we have received fantastic customer service. However, we are no longer using this branch to handle our business. In the past two months, two checks have been signed and deposited in my account, by bank employees with out my authorization.
