Beware: the ATM at 2201 63rd Street in Woodridge posted a general error and ate my debit card.
Was a customer at Chase for last 5 years. Excellent person service back in September opening up a account with Rachel. Very easy to communicate with Rachel. Also used the 800 # The girl i spoke to resolved my issue and was very pleasant and helpful. Chase never gave me that personal experience. Thanks Joe
Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins and I was not acknowledged once. I currently have a toddler sleeping in the car and a broken foot, so I’m in a boot. I specifically researched drive thru US Banks open now. While waiting outside the building I called their number twice to see if anyone was available. Of course no one picks up. *Would give zero stars if I could. Although I don’t bank with U.S Bank Branch, they were super friendly and were able to swap out my smaller bills with a 50 dollar bill saving me the trip to my bank. Thank you for accommodating me!
