I went in on a Saturday after work to open an LLC business account at approximately 12:15 p.m. on January 24. The branch closes at 1:00 p.m. I walked in and stated clearly that I needed to open a business account. I had all required documentation with me, including my Articles of Organization, EIN confirmation from the IRS, and my operating agreement authorizing me to open the account. This is the worst US BANK branch. The drive up was closed because they’re all frozen shut. went into the bank. There’s no heat. They have huge electric heaters running so it was freezing in there. There was One Teller helping a customer when I went in there and stood in line for over 15 minutes, just to try to cash a check. Finally left.
Beware: the ATM at 2201 63rd Street in Woodridge posted a general error and ate my debit card.
