Last 2 times I came here, the drive-thru was closed. I won't be coming here anymore.
The drop box at the 63 street Downers Grove location is a major concern!!! On 3 separate occasions my deposit envelope was overlooked and/or got stuck within the bank deposit box. This has caused me issues with my account. Please fix this issue for all of us using this system at this location!!
