As a loyal US Bank customer for over 30 years, I have consistently enjoyed excellent service at both the Gresham / Powell location, as well as at Cherry Park. The drive-through at Cherry Park stands out as my favorite, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. I have never encountered any issues, and cashing an expense check is always a smooth process. Although I don’t know the name of the young man who assists me, he handles my transactions quickly and maintains a positive attitude throughout. All good here!
STAY AWAY FROM THS BANK!!! Horrible service, would not help us when we thought we may have fraud on an account, told us that they were busy and we had to make an appointment? I just called to complain to them and I was left on hold for 15 mins. This bank has no customer service, go somewhere else.
