I had questions regarding my retirement account and savings accounts. After waiting for some time, I was met by a very rude and unprofessional Bank Manager. The customer service was not what I expected and I closed my accounts! Service has drastically changed since their switch from Charter One Bank. Same personnel too! My new bank’s customer service has Personal Bankers who know how to treat long time customers with courtesy and professionalism.
I’ve always had problems at this location. Whether it be the ATM be serviced for the weekend, the door to the lobby is broken, or just closed in general like they are now.
Worst service ever!! Don’t recommend anyone coming here they don’t know how to treat their customers.This place should be better manage they should get new management.
I’ve been coming here for years. Exceptional customer service is always guaranteed at this branch.
