Well I can completely understand .why this bank at this location is only 3.9..because there customer service is horrible most US banks i walk into feels personable..smiles .. small talk.. but this location..they are rude . I feel like I don't get the help i need. .. feels very uncomfortable..I wanted to open a Ira acct.. but I've decided no way.. im also letting my family members not open no acct with this bank..also my daughter passed I submitted her death certificate but they will not release any info on my daughter even i... read more
I went to the branch to add my wife and sister-in-law as my beneficiaries. The teller was rude and did not know how to add a foreigner as a beneficiary. She didn't want to do it and asked me to make an appointment for another day. When I insisted that she do it right away, she had to call their internal customer service to learn how. Since she didn’t really want to do it and had to learn how, the whole time she was entering the information, she had a very pissed off look on her face as if I owed her money.
This last visit was in and out and they had someone helping the beach that was Great with customer service.
Great experience, I have a mortgage, HELOC, checking account and credit cards with U.S.Bank customer service is attentive. I came in for a cashiers check, no line, helped right away. Efficient.
Not a good experience- tried to open an account- first time I went the line was ridiculously long and there were only 2 people working. I scheduled an appointment to come back a different day (today) and was contacted and informed someone called out and wouldn't be able to keep the appointment. Not well staffed...
