This last visit was in and out and they had someone helping the beach that was Great with customer service.
Great experience, I have a mortgage, HELOC, checking account and credit cards with U.S.Bank customer service is attentive. I came in for a cashiers check, no line, helped right away. Efficient.
Not a good experience- tried to open an account- first time I went the line was ridiculously long and there were only 2 people working. I scheduled an appointment to come back a different day (today) and was contacted and informed someone called out and wouldn't be able to keep the appointment. Not well staffed...
Branch Manager Melissa is a professional and personable banker. She is responsible, accountable, and knows how to put herself in customers’ shoes. I truly appreciate her help!
The don’t have enough tellers. Privacy room for safety deposit boxes, the one room they have is often booked. One room for all the boxes they have is not sufficient or limit time people can stay in there .
