Great experience, I have a mortgage, HELOC, checking account and credit cards with U.S.Bank customer service is attentive. I came in for a cashiers check, no line, helped right away. Efficient.
Not a good experience- tried to open an account- first time I went the line was ridiculously long and there were only 2 people working. I scheduled an appointment to come back a different day (today) and was contacted and informed someone called out and wouldn't be able to keep the appointment. Not well staffed...

The don’t have enough tellers. Privacy room for safety deposit boxes, the one room they have is often booked. One room for all the boxes they have is not sufficient or limit time people can stay in there .
I wanna thank Taylor natividad for helping me my account this last Tuesday she was really professional and kind and help me really well with all I even open a bank account because of the great service she provided me and made me trust this bank.
