Amazing experience. Thank you andy!
Genuinely thinking about changing banks, this branch isn’t able to support customer traffic. In the recent renovation they took away two desks and it is felt by customers. The last 3 times I’ve come in I have had to wait upwards of 30 minutes. The staff are doing the best they can and taking their time with each customer and being courteous, but it’s clear they need more capacity. Writing this in the lobby and there are easily 8 customers that have been waiting for 20-30 minutes.
I have been banking with them for years and the staff is great. They are always ready to help and very welcoming.
