I've been banking here since 2017 and have never had a problem with staff or getting situations taken care of. However, they're in need of a serious update to their computer system. Lately it takes days to have my balance updated. I get paid at midnight and it won't show until 6 hrs later. If I pay a bill directly from my account Friday morning it won't show up until Monday. That direct from account payment should show almost immediately.
If you want to close your checking account, they Make you schedule an appointment? They'll do anything to get you inside and try to sign you up for a credit card.
