Friendly people and good service.
They consistently call me looking for someone by the name of Maraget, and even after explaining the situation and trying my best to be nice, they refuse to take me off their do not call list even after telling me that they would 5 times now They also will call from the most random numbers as I got called by them on 4 different numbers, two of which marked as Spam, in the span of a minute I have never once used this bank, as i use TFCU
I deposited an insurance check for a claim. They placed a 10 day hold. Called customer service they informed me branch manager could reach out to back office to get the hold released. Called and spoke with Branch manager and she informed me she could get it released a couple days early. Instead of the 24th she would get it released on the 21st.
