I deposited an insurance check for a claim. They placed a 10 day hold. Called customer service they informed me branch manager could reach out to back office to get the hold released. Called and spoke with Branch manager and she informed me she could get it released a couple days early. Instead of the 24th she would get it released on the 21st. I've been a USBank customer for well over 20 years. And this Marengo branch is my favorite. They are always willing to help, and with a smile.
First time I have ever used this branch, I should have looked at the reviews first. I've been a US Bank customer for 20 years and I just opened a Chase account today. They reversed a large check that I had deposited because it was made out to my name and my wife's name. Then told me I'd get the check back in a few weeks. I've never had this problem at other branches.
