Excellent customer service. The staff are warm and helpful.
The gals at the Sherwood branch are always super nice and friendly! They make every transaction I do there easy. Ellie (I think is her name) is a friendly, cute, little breath of fresh air!

I have no idea why people are being so mean in the reviews here, it’s a small bank branch. Some waiting is to be expected. I had an absolutely wonderful experience when I went in today; the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and thorough with my request, and I will be happy to go back!! Honestly, I felt the staff truly went above and beyond for me, and I am genuinely grateful for their service.
