O falla el ATM o fallan los cajeros al contar el dinero , un cajero me atendió por drive thru pero no dejo de platicar con su compañera cuando estaba contando mi dinero , y lo contó mal , el depósito lo hizo de menor cantidad a la que era
I’m not even sure where to begin with this joke of a bank. You need to restructure your management team. I don’t really have anything positive to say, but I will say I understand why there are so many 1 star reviews. If I were running this bank and saw an over all of 3.2 stars, I’d be ASHAMED.
I came in just before closing and a gal there set everything aside to help me. I think I'll stay!!
Sad,sad,sad,waited 20 minutes,for the one teller to run drive-thru and counter.no one got done,2 deep in drivethru,5 deep in lobby.left,came back 30 minutes later,even worse,some employee came in went to her office,did nothing to help anyone.time to find a new bank.sad what has become of this bank.
The people who helped me were friendly and straightforward. They helped me quickly and didn't judge when I asked "dumb questions". I feel right at home walking in.
