So the most simple of transactions. I get 40 dollars out the ATM (paid a 3 dollar transaction fee) then went inside to get quarters (camping and wanted to do some laundry). They literally would not exchange cash for cash because I did not have an account. I might understand not cashing a check, some other actual bank transaction but cash for cash. I went in to change my check and the branch manger Robert Vong NMLS ID 845022 was racial profiling me and discriminating I gave him my ID my social security number my us bank credit card and he still would not cash my check and said there was to many red flags. I have been banking with us bank for years and I have plenty in the bank to cover 100x the amount of the check there is no reason for him to have denied me other than Racial profiling. Someone really needs to look into him and his un professional practices. I will be ... read more
