I went in to change my check and the branch manger Robert Vong NMLS ID 845022 was racial profiling me and discriminating I gave him my ID my social security number my us bank credit card and he still would not cash my check and said there was to many red flags. I have been banking with us bank for years and I have plenty in the bank to cover 100x the amount of the check there is no reason for him to have denied me other than Racial profiling. Pierre salinas a teller at this location is very rude, he spoiled this branch for me. He spoke to a lady very rudely, I was second in line, I walked off. Will be closing my account here as this is the only branch in town. The manager here is nice.
