Utterly useless bank with zero-star service, NOT five-star service. I had an account with U. S. Bank for a year, and they still would not cash an out-of-state check, verifiable, for a measly hundred bucks. I mean, if you can't go to your own bank to cash a check because they don't trust you--the bank doesn't trust you as a customer, hard-working citizen over 40 with a job and a residence--then what the heck are they in business for, anyway?
