Extremely dissatisfied with the service here. Veit Nguyen was the teller who took care of me today and I was treated with an insane level of disrespect. To start things off, I needed some change deposited to my account. I went to my usual branch on N. Oak and was told their change counter had been put away, but that the US Bank in Hy-Vee had one free of charge. I went, and there wasn’t one. I'm a little put out. I got off work at 5, drove to the HyVee location (open until 7pm) in an attempt to open an account, only to be told by one of the two tellers working that I would have to come back in 40 minutes or the next day. The teller explained that he had a call he was going to have to take in a few minutes and pointed to his co-worker and said he was in the middle of a call as well.
