Watch out for the homeless encampment the bank refuses to deal with after being notified multiple times. Nothing like being surrounded by drugs and feces while pulling out hard earned money.

I've been with US Bank for over a decade and all other locations besides this one always gave me great service. I went to this branch for the first time to create two new bank accounts for family members. There were two ladies there and the bank was empty. Parking lot was empty. One of the ladies said "we can't help you with that because it will take too much time". I couldn't believe it. The bank wouldn't be closed for another 4 hours and was completely empty. Not helpful at all. I went here and the banker just told me to call customer service about my issue.
