The worst attitude of any branch out there. I come here out of necessity, not becuase they provide good services.
It's confusing to some people when you post the hours of operation online that says a time and then you go to the branch and the hours of operation or completely different it would be helpful if they would fix either online hours or the hours on the door so they match up and make it less confusing for some people
Very rude people work here. I'll be complaining to the higher authority. If you don't like your job and don't like work customer service, find another job. You don't have any social skills. Other US branches (Bonney Lake, Kent) have such a good customer service. And here in Enumclaw where I live, such rude people, disgusting and unacceptable.
All the people who work at this branch are knowledgeable and friendly.
My wife and I stopped by and asked to change a $20 dollar bill for two rolls of quarters and were told they couldn't help us since we aren't customers. My wife is a former employee and her mother retired from U.S. Bank after 30 plus years of service. That's the last time I deal with them for anything.
