This branch has the best employees. I am always greeted warmly, and they have a very knowledgeable staff who process all my transactions with accuracy. A stark contrast to the other Mentor branch on Center street which is a nightmare to deal with due to poor customer service and persistent errors.
I worked with the loan officer Lisa for a signature loan. She ensured all my questions were answered and that my request fit my needs and circumstances. She was very pleasant and personable. I would recommend her for her experience and advice.
Fantastic experience. Very professional and efficient. The knowledge of Ben the Branch manager was impressive. I was on and out within 15 minutes and got a complicated transaction done. I have been with US bank for more than 20 years and this branch service was top shelf. Thank you.
Excellent job....I have my commercial account in that place and I never have a problems....only some time the ATM don't work but is something normal in the banks, God bless all works, Emendez Lanw & Construction
