Teller was extremely rude when I was trying to understand why money was taken out of my account by the bank. He then proceeded to ask if I would just like to close the account. 0 class
I seem to always have a problem here with nasty attitudes! From other reviews this seems to be a common factor at this branch! I asked for a simple receipt for a transaction of a money order- how is it one teller can process a receipt for a money order but another can't?? Can't wrap my head around the fact that your teller would rather turn a CUSTOMER away than to try to print out a receipt! How hard is it?? I may have to consider banking elsewhere if this is how long time customers are treated! Advice for the tellers there-... read more
