I've been working with these folks for 23 years. I consider the staff to be courteous and professional. In particular, Nick Davis has given me friendly and effective service.
I went to open a bank account. It takes almost 3 hours. They keep trying to open an account from one computer to another. They said there is an error in the system. Is that possible a 15 minutes work time turns into 3 hours?
I have been coming to this bank for over 3 years and the bank tellers have been great . Except this last time I went in to the bank waited 20 minutes while the gentlemen at the counter was talking to a customer and having a good time then it was my turn I started talking to him and he was very distant keep shaking and looking across the way at employees with a very afraid look I ask the guy are u OK. This bank has incredible employees, goes above and beyond in customer service and Sarah the manager, is absolutely wonderful. It's clear she works hard to set an example and the whole team works together to provide. In these times, this bank provides old school service that is so rare and appreciated.
