I asked for some help with my fee and the employees were unwilling to cooperate and said I should make an appointment with their manager so I went to a different US bank and they went above and beyond, better than this place ever will be.
I opened my very first account with them almost 13 years ago and have never had any issues with this branch or any of their employees. They have great customer service and have always assisted my husband and I with a professional manner.
My first irritating experience with this branch was just moments after I had made a six figure deposit. Then i needed a cashier's check. They had the gall to charge me $8.00.They said the "system" wouldn't allow them to wave it. The second thing is with closeing for the virus. However they have a drive up window that has been closed for some time. If you are looking for a bank that doesn't have a drive thru, only one teller inside and a long line, this is the bank for you. This bank could be run out of a kiosk
You need to open forest grove drive thru. This is so hard for seniors having to go to hillsboro
