Gives a hassle when it comes to giving you your money
I was disappointed with my recent experience at this bank. The behavior of the bank manager I interacted with was unprofessional and very rude. She did not handle my concerns with the courtesy and respect I expected, and I felt that her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful.
This bank doesn’t like white people. Every time I come into this location they’re always rude to me, but if a different person comes in of color, they treat them with the highest standards. Not fair.
