The people at the u.s. bank in McMinnville Albertsons are always helpful and friendly. They always make you feel that you aware important. Not only when they are working. Every time I walk into Albertsons even if I’m not going to the bank they give me a smile and say hi. I have had better service from them than I have ever had at any bank. They even went out of their way and helped me set up my phone with your u.s.bank accounts. I always enjoy seeing them.
The McMinnville bank location has the WORST customer service. They issued a Bill Pay payment BEFORE the issue date which caused my mother to become overdrawn and claimed it wasn’t their fault. The Asst Manger Megan had the nerve to tell my elderly mother (who speaks loudly) because she has a hearing problem to stop yelling and then hang up on her. Megan should NOT be in customer service or in a Management position. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and would not take responsibility for the bank’s obvious error. My mother... read more
Excellent Customer Service I called the bank first as I was shopping for accounts. I spoke with Chris and he answered all of my questions and went out of his way to help us. We went to the bank to open our account and he was extremely patient with all of our questions, answering everything in depth, and very helpful. I would definitely reccommend this branch of US Bank, although I feel a little bad for the people who waiting in line behind us...............
Not helpful This branch of US bank has not been helpful from the start. They told me (after they were finished opening my account) that only $100 of my $800 deposit would be available for the next 5 business days and that rule would apply for every deposit made in the next 30 days. They didn't mention that my money would not be available until the next business day thereafter.
