I was afraid to come here after reading reviews, but decided to give it a try. I needed to deposit cash into my account and came in at 3pm on a Monday and there were 4 tellers working. I didn’t have to wait in line at all. The woman who helped me was really quick and sweet. I didn’t have any issues at all.
The customer service is just lacking poorly. Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. I’ve never had an experience like this with US bank. Every time I’ve come here to do banking in person, no specific directions are given to me by the staff. They act like smart asses and give me attitude and expect for me to know what they need instead of giving me clear instructions in a professional manner. Staff is rude and unprofessional!
VERY ! Unprofessional! Throughout the day called the bank about like five times on a Monday! Was not able to speak to a banker. Do they not know how to answer their phones!? Live one hour away from the bank branch. Not gonna drive all the way over there just to ask a simple question when it can be asked to go over the phone! The Mount angel U.S bank has wayyyy better Service, friendly or staff, and are way more helpful!
