I'm not sure I can adequately express how poor this bank is at being a bank. I opened a checking account for a non-profit. I brought this branch all the federal and state paperwork, which they scanned and added to their system. Initially, it took them several weeks — with zero follow-up — to open the account. When I went into the branch inquired as to the status, they stated, "Oh. Yeah. Our bad. The account is open." So I went ahead and set up all the non-profit online banking using the new account. This location was very quick and friendly. The man who helped me today was very polite, kind, and respectful and used great care and tact to address a situation I’m sure doesn’t come up every day. I am so appreciative of the service I received here.
