I'm not sure I can adequately express how poor this bank is at being a bank. I opened a checking account for a non-profit. I brought this branch all the federal and state paperwork, which they scanned and added to their system. Initially, it took them several weeks — with zero follow-up — to open the account. When I went into the branch inquired as to the status, they stated, "Oh. Yeah. Our bad. The account is open." So I went ahead and set up all the non-profit online banking using the new account.
