Pretty rude branch manager. I have been asking to close my Heloc acct. and said it will close within 3 business days. Then I followed up and said it has not been closed. I am pretty frustrated with this bank and would not bank with them at all. Branch manager needs to take up classes regarding manners. He just dismissed me. Sooo rude
