If I can get a chance to give this bank 0 star I will, it keeps declining my payment online though it is paid by myself. Super inconvenient, don’t use this bank. Bank should trust the customers about their payment instead of keep blocking things.

Mr Ortiz ( front desk / new account staff) looked us up & down & ask if we have appointment. Hello ??? nobody’s there: zero customer. One unhappy camper he is! We wanted to open a business Account - 25 k but he totally took his time . Saying the ads we received has expired , took his time ; filling up the form& after spending close to 1 hour with him ; he told us he cannot open it for us & has to use the link he sent us .
