I must agree with those who commented on the fact the branch manager, Deborah Hibler, is incredibly rude. She actually chastised me for asking questions... I'm not her child, but I feel sorry for her children if she has any! Thank goodness, a couple of the employees are very nice. However, I cannot imagine what they go through with her at the helm!! Do yourselves a favor and hire somebody as kind as the other employees at this location.
Just absolutely ridiculous. I have to drive way out of my way just to use a Because you guys have next to no locations here. And then when I do get to the ATM half the time it doesn’t work. Yeah you’re losing my business. I’ll be going elsewhere. I’m so sick of this.
I came into your branch a few days ago because I was involved in a scam. Cambrea helped me and she was great at doing what I needed to do.
Oh geez. Sooooo slow and they don’t seem to care. The gal that finally helped me didn’t act like she knew how to fax so hopefully it got there…plus when I asked about it, she was rude. The other lady that was there was very nice though.
SO many issues with this bank. I'm a 6 month old customer and have spent more time on the phone with their customer service than I'd like to admit. They will freeze your account for no reason and tell you they have 48 hours to review. The left hand doesn't talk to the right hand, depending on which rep/banker you speak with. I can't even begin to describe the headaches this bank has caused me. Stay clear!
