They continue to lock my online banking for no reason and without giving me any reason or notification. I’m sitting here trying to pay my rent and had to change my password and they locked my account for who knows why. But I’m pissed and US BANK will pay my late fees on my rent. Send a notice through text to verify that it’s me before you just lock my account
Gross incompetence at every level, reported to the Ombudsman with the FDIC. Had to close business accounts as everything related to the business was hacked and lost. Went to this branch and they were friendly and understanding during the process. They were even insistent that I should not pay the fraudulent charges and should challenge with the fraud department. So, just left this particular location today and I must say the professionalism is bad. And I mean bad. I wasn’t greeted and the gentleman that helped was very odd and almost a robot in a sense when speaking the little he did. Each teller repeats the same thing to each customer as if they care and they don’t. I’ll be pulling my money from US Bank and going elsewhere. Whomever is the branch manager and even above them should get retrained and or find another career path. It’s unsettling to say the least.
