I had sent my son to deposit money regarding a purchase I made. I have done this previously with no issues. The teller was rude, dismissive and arrogant. I tried to explain to her what I needed done. "Nope, can't do that!" Explained I would have my son get a cashiers check then, she told him to leave and when he returned with cashiers check she side eyed him the whole time while her coworker was able to complete the transaction. Maybe a little professionalism and courtesy next time, instead of arrogance.
Had to do a couple of different things while in today. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and a joy to work with.
I've been at US Bank for many years. This branch is awesome. The staff is so very friendly and helpful. We worked with Michael Fox on a line of credit and he was exceptional. The US Bank website and app are very user friendly as well.
