well if you want to cash a check,, that your grandma gave you for only a couple thousand for the birth of your baby. don`t expect them to be able to get it for at least 7-10 days (because they don`t have it in the office) My baby is due here real soon, and I have to pay the bill.( I promise I cant keep the baby in there forever) .. you would think because its a bank they would have money! but I guess not.. this bank is terrible these people don't know how to take care of anything that is simple, they blame other people for there problems, how can this be possible ? if I could give a 0 I would.
I went to this bank and it was my first time. So I was not very familiar and I sat in the waiting area.. because there was one teller and she was busy attending to a customer. At least one staff..( I believe a banker) was courteous enough to enquire if I needed to see a banker or a teller and I told her the latter. After the teller was done she seemed busy putting away something and I thought well, she will call me after she was done...nothing like that and I was sitted right across and I was in her full view the whole time.... read more
Inside of Meijer. Hate to have to park to get to ATM. They should have one outside of meijer to walk up or drive up to.
