Slower than anyone could even imagine. Avoid this branch at all costs. The time you save driving across town will be well worth it.
In 2017 I closed an account with US Bank because I just didn't like the attitude of the people at the Berea branch. Here we are 7 years later, I tried to open a new account and found out I owe $40 for closing my old account. This seems like something they should have told me when I closed my account in berea. This is why I don't use this bank. Ridiculous policies.
