Just got refused a deposit due to my skin color. Racist as hell customer representative this branch deserves to be shut down due to their absurd behavior
The services is extermely bad, alway one or two teller and the hours are not good for working people even on Saturday.
I’ve visited this location a few times, and each time I waited in line 15-30mins to make a transaction. There’s always one, tellers at the counter that lack customer service skills. Yesterday, I asked to speak to a manager an was told she wasn’t available and manager Jennifer would call me in regards to my concerns. Welp, you think I got a call from Jennifer yesterday or today…nope! I don’t recommend this location to anyone, unless you got time to waste, and don’t mind unprofessionalism.
