Your bank has been a headache since I opened the account. I wanted to be added as a user to my husband's account and it only let me be a view access level. I then go to the bank and have them set me up to be a user on the account. Now I've been deleted completely again. Having to go back a second time to sign up as a view only and go back to the bank again to have them put me on as a user again. It took an hour thr first time to sign me up. The Yuba City Branch is always mediocre at best. As a business owner I am not valued as a customer and often talked down to. The only reason that I go here is that this is the only local branch. I try to do my banking at other banks that take the time to be nice, respectful, and generally want to help.
