Closing at 4 (drive through also) is NOT conducive to being there for your people. Geeez you know the majority of us work 7-5 right? Not a good look. I can’t count on anybody…good thing I have another option. I’ll be using them more and more.
So wow.. Apparently US Bank is no longer interested or able to service their remaining Gallipolis branch I have tried calling during normal business hours only to receive a message referring me to the freakin' (I'll use my filter and leave out the word I actually want to use here) website for service??!! So I called us bank to shut my account down and the lady said to wait a couple days to make sure nothing else comes in or out and so she called me and said to come get the 1.29 out of it and it's now shut down. We'll 6 months later I'm receiving a bill for 39 dollars and they say there's nothing they can do about it. How is it my fault when I went through the proper channels to shut my account down. This is unprofessional and I will not be doing business here ever again.
Obviously we need to close our accounts here. The Galipolis branch is not too far from us, but 9 - 4 hours on weekdays and no weekend hours lead me to believe they flat out don't want to see people, or be convenient. Been with them for years but I guess the time has come to walk away.
Friendly and helpful staff. Their hours are inconvenient.
