Great staff, friendly and professional
Don't go inside, use the ATM! Lack of competency, communication, and courtesy for customers.
Branch was not very busy took only two tellers to help one customer. They were unefficent or insufficiently trained
Update: Thank you to the social media and customer service team for reaching out and apologizing for the lack of knowledge and professionalism at this branch. Unfortunately, this specific branch has been unable to retain the talented employees who had great customer service and knowledge. Today received inaccurate information, lack of interest in assisting and a teller who thought the concern was a joke.
