I went to the Center Street branch (closest to me) to sort out my online banking. They had an old username and password from a decade ago that was still in their system. I just needed to change my phone number on the account to enable 2-factor authentication. When I walked into the bank, the tellers were all gossiping loudly. Very vague with any questions or while explaining things. Do not return calls,and or call when they say. They are more concerned with adding accounts,rather than helping the customer with options. I had $100 stolen from my account. The thief signed their name,and I explained I didn't know them. They told me I'd get the money back cut and dry,so they loaned me the $100. 3 days later they told me I was at fault for the theft,and deducted the $100,causing my account to overdraft.
