Everything was great
I've been using this location for years and it's my favorite. They are always very helpful no matter what the weird problem is.
I've always had a good experience. The US Bank employees have always been kind and very professional which is something that I really appreciate because English is not my first language. Vince is my assessor, we always say hi to each other. he is always ready to help.
I opened a new joint account with my husband. The bald and tall banker offered the new account promotion but never applied the code. I waited after the 90-day mark and called customer service, and she told me the promo code was never applied. A couple weeks later, I went directly to this branch to ask again. The banker said he applied the code upon opening and said he would reapply and that I would hear from them in less than a month.
