Terrible customer service.. Tried to open a savings account for my daughter and was told to drive to the other end of town to another location because they didn't have the time. 3 employees and not busy at all.
I have been with US bank my whole life. They are truly the greatest bank above them all. They have protected me from everything, and including my own mistakes. I really cannot say enough about them. I recommend them to everyone. They have been so good to me. Big shout out to Hailey, Thanks for everything!
I opened a checking account with this bank because they were highly recommended. I had the account for 2 weeks and had a wire transfer for $500 sent to my account and they took a $20 fee when it was deposited making it $480 deposit, which is fine I understand fees, but 24 hours later I was charged another $20 fee. When questioned about it all I was told was there was a $20 fee, I understand, but why take it when deposited and take it again 24 hours later.
