Wow how things change. Failed to update my address correctly and after waiting over 40 days for my new card said it was a fault of theirs and it was my job to correct it. They simply do not care. Shame on you Daniel and US bank. This was my original review: Came in extremely early to take care of a few things, and Daniel was ready to help with a smile on and a great attitude.
