Very bad experience some people that work there were very rude and attend you terrible they gave me an attitude the entire time not going back

This location is the worst. There is always a long line of people to see a teller. There is never enough tellers and they are so slow and take so long with each person. Can’t do a simple transaction without 30 minute wait. The ATM is no better. I tried to do a simple deposit and the machine went down as soon as I made it and had to wait two weeks for them to count the machine. Awful awful awful. I’ve had this same account for 25 years. I DO NOT recommence this bank to anyone. It’s has gone down hill so bad.
