Go to a different branch for anything other than withdrawal or deposit. If you want to do something as simple as add authorized persons to your account, go to the Hurstbourne location. Waited in line for 20 minutes only to be asked if we had an appointment or could wait for the other teller to finish some paperwork because the request to add me to my wife's account would take longer than 5 minutes.
