The people who work at this branch are totally inept. We mailed a deposit to their branch while we were out of state. After five or six days I called because the deposit had not appeared in my account on line. I was told that "oh, we only check our mail every four or five days". They could not understand why I was upset. The check was for $25,000. We are retired and put money into our account to pay bills.
