It's inside Churchill Downs. The Bank has Great Staff and friendly too. Closer to me as well! :) UPDATE: 9/2018 Churchill Downs Policy: People going to the US Bank must Purchase a Race Entry Ticket just to use the Bank! They are Charging Bank Patrons a Ticket Fee just to use the Bank! Totally Unacceptable!!
