Worst customer service ever. After talking to the branch manager, 20 minutes later, the banker showed up, and then after waiting another 40 minutes the banker said can’t do what I need today because they are busy!!! It’s ridiculous. Do better US bank
Huge thank you to Riley Mckasy branch manager. The bank was super busy and currently undergoing renovations and Riley was able to help me and multiple other customers all at the same time in a timely manner. I came in with a very complicated situation and he was able to help me through it without me feeling, rushed and giving me ample time while clearly in a very overwhelmingly busy situation. Thank you again! will definitely be using this branch for my primary banking!
They need to retrain or term a teller that has a name starting with Sh. SHE IS RUDE! Very unfriendly, runs checks through one by one to slow the process down just because she can. She should not work at a bank. Customer service is horrible
I came in around 10am, no customers at the branch. 3 tellers, 1 banker and a branch manager - all looked at me, no greeting, then almost in synchronized way turned their hats away and all looked very busy...again no other customers at the branch during that time. I stood in the front for several seconds hoping to be acknowledged, then had to wave down the teller to help me. I rarely come to this branch, now I know why. Employees here should go and shadow their peers at the Hopkins US Bank branch.
We had the best experience with Rebecca. We messed up our appointment day and she still met with us for over an hour. She was so friendly and took time to get to know us.. we never felt rushed. One of their employees also stopped to help us when we first walked in even tho he was off the clock and leaving for the day. Those little things go a long with way!
