I have been a customer of US Bank for well over 25 years and this is by far the Best "All American" US Bank Branch I have ever had the privilege to work with. Janine and her team ARE THE BEST!
Felisha is terrible at her job. Doesn’t listen, makes excuses and tries to make everything more difficult than it needs to be. Terrible branch to ab already subpar bank.
In truth I don't know if I can give the whole branch 5 stars but I do know that I can give Felicia 5 stars. She went above and beyond to help me out!
I am trying to talk to a bank representative and the phone number on Google just goes to an automated call center that doesn't connect me with a person. Is there a better number that I should be calling during your business hours than what is listed on Google? Perhaps this number is incorrect?
Just some truly nice staff there....always courteous, always helpful.... just a great team of folks there... I'm there quite frequently and the whole team is a pleasure to work with.
