I have been a customer of US Bank for well over 25 years and this is by far the Best "All American" US Bank Branch I have ever had the privilege to work with. Janine and her team ARE THE BEST!
Felisha is terrible at her job. Doesn’t listen, makes excuses and tries to make everything more difficult than it needs to be. Terrible branch to ab already subpar bank.
In truth I don't know if I can give the whole branch 5 stars but I do know that I can give Felicia 5 stars. She went above and beyond to help me out!
