Besides being down town new albany area and a little out of the wah for anyone not being in that area, the branch is very nice and large. The staff are always quick to assist and most smile and acknowledge you. This branch has always been willing to answer questions when needed.
Always excellent customer service and well trained staff. Able to answer any questions I might have with excellent advise.
