US Bank failed to respect my time by making me over an hour with a child despite having an appointment, leaving me with staff interruptions and lost trust. This happens understaffing or overbooking forces bankers to juggle multiple people at once. Honestly my trust is very low at US Bank.
One of the worst bank , please do yourself a favor and never open an account on US Bank , staff is unprofessional so do their policies. I ignored their ratings and still gave them a shot . Lesson learned hard way .
The staff there are not customer service oriented
