Young lady with blonde hair and bangs was naturally cheerful. Helped me figure some things out without confusing me. Made the rest of my day improve. Wish I would’ve took her business card. I’d give you her name.
If I could give zero stars I would. On 2 occasions I tried to pay my visa bill at that branch and they refused to take my payment. They said they can’t take a payment for more than the balance. On both occasions the check was written for the exact amount that the statement said was due not to mention that I had continued to use the card. I called the customer support number on the back of my card and told them what happened and the lady was dumbfounded, couldn’t believe a bank would refuse a payment. Tellers are rude, they literally see you are there but decide to ignore you! Everyone looks miserable doing their job. Us bank please hire nicer people
