Drive through service is very slow. Waited over 10 minutes. Person in front of me pulled off without being helped. Only reason why I got service. Is someone want into bank and complained. Two weeks ago I came here and no one ever came to the window.

My bank app. Showed a debit card that apparently was sent to me but I never received & the clerk behind the counter said there was nothing he could do about it unless I wanted to activate it. Now why would I want to activate a card that I never received!!!! I called their fraud prevention line, where you get put on hold forever, they said they would remove the card from my account, but removed the card I WAS USING INSTEAD!!!!!
