Some Of The Staff Is Not Too Friendly. Not In A Great Spot In The Store. Makes It Feel To Out In The Open Less Private
I do not recommend this bank, the system of this bank is bad. I came to the bank to open a credit card (not the option where I ask the bank to use its funds, but the option where I open a credit line and take my own money to use), to which the bank sent me a refusal due to the fact that I did not have enough funds in my account, but in fact I had funds in my account to open 3 such cards, and I deliberately did not use this account for 2 weeks because I knew that the bank would check whether there were enough funds. The workers are very rude not good place they help you and nothing
I had to cancel my account with US Bank because of the branch manager in this location. I tried to deposit my tuition reimbursement check and he took it away from me saying that it didn’t have a watermark on it. Then I asked him to give it back to me but he refused. So I called the check issuer and they said there is nothing wrong with the check and they want to assist on the phone by talking to him but he refused.
