Not only is this branch conveniently located, the customer service I have received has always been great. I want to extend a special Thank You to Kimlee. She has been exceptionally helpful when I've had questions or concerns. I appreciate her very much & will continue to visit this branch because of her as well as the other employees I have interacted with.

We have bragged about U.S. Bank for years. That ends now. Another jam on the ATM. We deposited $1900. Then we selected the add cash button. Added about 11 more 100 dollar bills. It jammed. Then the screen said it could not deposit the cash. Kept the $3000, and none of it posted to my account. Called the ATM number and they said it would take 10 to 45 days to investigate. Been going to this branch for 5 years now. Never had a bad experienced until the last 2 times I visited. Today will be my last. In fact, I will be closing my accounts with US Bank and going elsewhere. I wish I could give them a negative star rating
