Been going here for years. The entire staff is extremely professional and very nice.
Atrocious service. Helped one customer in 20 minutes. Other teller put up sign for next teller even though 10 people in line. Worst US bank experience ever

This is a super small branch inside a grocery store, so they don't have the space (or the corporate payroll, I'm guessing) to have a bunch of tellers standing around in case it gets busy. It's hit or miss whether they'll be swamped or have no line at all, but what you CAN count on is that Matt and Ms. Sparkle will provide professional and courteous service every single time.
