Horrible location and rude. I have had horrible experiences at this location. Unfortunately they lost a customer.
This used To be my favorite branch was always greeted with my name a smile and they were actually capable of completing a transaction in a timely manner but they have moved or fired the PEOPLE WHO WERE ACTUALLY SMART ENOUGH TO GET THINGS DONE! Now you wait an hour for help.
Posted hours says open drive thru at 9. However they open at 930. They have not bothered to take their snowflakes off window decor either and its May. Whole place needs a good cleaning
We are still a pandemic, just because you have decided to open your lobby back up does not mean we want to go in. There are too many of us who are still using your drive through. It is not acceptable to only have one lane open.
