As a 30 year customer visiting a different branch, to assist my mother, I have never been treated so rudely as Jeremy and Craig treated myself and my elderly mother. If I didn’t have my trust accounts and all my bank accounts established with US BANK I would have told them all to fly a kite and move my money elsewhere. Thank the Lord my local branch doesn’t have mean little man syndrome with its staff as this branch does.
