Very rude teller can’t remember her name it started with an A. She should keep her facial expressions under control when assisting with customers accounts. Wasn’t willing to help me acted like it wasn’t my account or something. I had to Call in and have customer service resolve my issue in less than 10 mins. She may be the worst teller I have dealt with in 12 years with Usbank!
I've been a customer for US BANK since 1997 and have never had a problem with the company. I'm grateful to be able to bank with US BANK.
Nice costume service
VERY bad customer service! The ATM took my money and spit out a receipt that said there was a malfunction and to go to the front desk. So I go up there and try and get MY money back that the machine took from me, and all that Brad Stephens (the manager) could say was that he will try and figure it out and he will give me a call. He also was very sarcastic with me, and you could tell that he did not care one less. This bank is corrupt. I will be changing banks because I have had nothing but problems with them!
