I pulled up to the drive-thru and I sat there for 7 minutes and the two tellers walked by the drive-thru window and didn't even acknowledge me, until I finally rang the bell and then someone came on over. They rarely will have deposit slips available in your containers. A mentioned I didn't have a deposit slip and there are none in your containers so I wrote everything down for them to understand my transaction today. He did give me a deposit slip but then no pen. Very slow service every time I come here. Never have any withdrawal slips or pens in drive thru
The employees here are lazy just to do one deposit it takes 45 mins. And then they change the amount of deposit everyday depending on the employee i am depositing for a business why do they have a limit on the amount of deposit made
I've had many positive experiences here (and not a single bad one). I help my 92 year old mom manage her finances (her POA) and often go to the bank with her. They've treated us very well and everybody is very professional and kind. I just called this branch and the employee was helpful and polite. This is a nice bank and they've made helping my mom very easy. Much appreciated.
