They aren’t actually open till noon on Saturday's. Twice I’ve gone on Saturdays and they are closed early.
Visited the branch twice yesterday for various reasons. A friend went once the same day. Matthew Lussow helped me and is a total all-star in customer service. Bryan is great too. They make banking here so fast and easy. I always go inside to work with them. I don't like drive throughs in general, and I think going inside is actually quicker as there is rarely any wait inside the branch as opposed to drive through possibilities. Matthew has the best service of any branch I visit.
too slow and long wait time
I pulled up to the drive-thru and I sat there for 7 minutes and the two tellers walked by the drive-thru window and didn't even acknowledge me, until I finally rang the bell and then someone came on over. They rarely will have deposit slips available in your containers. A mentioned I didn't have a deposit slip and there are none in your containers so I wrote everything down for them to understand my transaction today. He did give me a deposit slip but then no pen. Very slow service every time I come here. Never have any withdrawal slips or pens in drive thru
