Horrible service here the last 3 months. This morning 9 cars in the one open drive thru lane. I couldn't wait as I was doing my work deposit and had a conference call to be on soon. Went back at 2 pm. CLOSED. NO signs up. Rotten service. Call customer service and you basic have to give them your first born child just to talk to a live rep. WHY? Avoid US bank. They don't have any customer service skills at all.

US bank is the worse bank I have ever seen
Just left their drive thru and there were no word exchange between the teller and I. Usually they will say good morning and I'll respond, but this time nothing. My receipt is sent back and not even a have a great day. Glad I do not have to deal with them on a daily basis.
